Our new Gym in the El Nassr Road is our “flagship” Gym, located just between the Raya and B.Tech stores.
It offers a wide range of machines and benches, a large cardio area, parking, air condition, sauna and large locker area with showers.

I went to sign up today after work, but it was closed
I would like to change the opening and closing times. I suggest that instead of opening 8, it should be 9 or 10 and closing at 2 and a half.

Nice new gym. Great equipment. Reasonable price, friendly staff. The operating mode is great! But unfortunately there is no hot water. There is a real shortage of small dumbbells of 1 kg and 1.5 kg. Overall I recommend it!
After 6 months of visiting this gym, I would like to add that the gym is developing, new equipment is appearing, everything necessary for muscle development is there. Perfect place. We enjoy going and will continue to go, as this is the best gym in our area.
